ABOUT TRU
Truchcoisca (Tru) Raymond Fentis-Nichols was born on October 11, 2011, to a mother who unfortunately could not care for him. Tru, who had been placed in the foster care system, would eventually enter our lives as a foster child in December 2011. Tru was adopted by a single mother who was courageous enough to take him out of the system and provide him with a permanent family. At 9 months, Tru began walking. He was able to pull his own weight by pulling himself up onto the side of the table as he tried to see what was on top. By the time he was a year old, he was fearlessly jumping off everything. As we all watched Tru run, fall, get up, never giving up, his mother decided to introduce him to gymnastics. Tru immediately fell in love with the sport. READ MORE
